I'm curious how close it will be to history. The feud goes back to the end of the Civil War and up into the 1890's. Nasty, bloody business back then.

It should be entertaining, but if it's like the usual Kostner history based movie, it will have a bunch of facts all fucked up and Hollywood liberties taken with the storyline. Examples would be Wyatt Earp and JFK which he royally fucked up both of those!

Well no, but he has always said he likes to have a lot of say in his major projects. It never fails his movies seem to be greatly exaggerated for the sake of entertainment. I still watch them though, I think he's a really good actor.
