Documentary about Timothy Tredwell who spent his time around grizzly bears only to be eaten alive. This guy was a fucking lunatic, he was living in his own little world thinking he was doing good for the bears. Why the hell did he think it was safe to interact with them??

I saw the show quite a while ago. The guy was planning out what color of bandana to wear in different shots and made comments like "wild nature." My wife and I still joke about those two points. The guy definately wasn't firing on all cylinders, and his GF paid the price too.

Saw this a long time ago. I couldn't help but laugh throughout the entire movie. When he started crying when he found the dead fox and when the other fox stole his hat was pure gold. It's full of great characters such as the medical examiner who described the scene when they approached the bear without a hint of emotion and the pilot saying more or less that the bears left Tim alone due to them thinking he was crazy or retarded. The friend who was an "actor" who tried to convey the whole woe as me I lost a dear friend then in the middle of it he couldn't keep his shit together and smiled. Tim wanted to die and figured death by bear would suffice which is part of the reason he stayed longer then the previous years and his fame was fading. Damn shame his girlfriend at the time died also. BTW if a bear approaches me and takes a swipe...I'd be damned if I say "no don't do that" like I am talking to a little kid.
