Just watched it, have to say it was the best of the 3 simply because of much better quality cgi and surprisingly shit actually being slow motion rather than high speed action, rapid camera angle changing like the 2nd one. Much more detail of the robot characters.

The story was alright, has a lot of unnecessary crap with humans just like the last 2.

+edit: i wish i could have just watched in 2d but the 3d in this movie was a lot better than than flaming pile of dog shit made movie avatar.

I would say that it is a bit better because it had more of a plot than the 1st two movies. Yea, the CGI was better but there was a story there. My wife, who does not give a damn about Transformers, actually ended up liking it...

That said, I could see that they took parts of two or three of the original cartoons to put the plot together.

Good to hear. I didn't really mind the story or lack there of from the first two, because of the basis of the movie. But with a decent story I can imagine this saga being epic. I'm gonna take a guess though and say that the story from the original cartoons is ok at best.

WOW...just saw the 3rd movie with my lil one, loved it...much better than the first two....great action, good fight scene's, plot was good with the characters all where in the movie from last two but lil different twist how they all end up together in the end....plus the detail to the transformers was great, also liked how they didn't make the whole movie about optimus prime....sad thing is megatron is a big pussy in this movie.
