I thought the 1985 original was scary as a kid. Watching the remake with Colin Ferrel and it is actually pretty decent, though aside from the basic plot I now barely remember the original. Has the kid that played McLovin' and was also in Kick Ass in a pretty funny supporting role. Not done yet, but liking it so far.

It ain't going to win any awards, but it was fun. Perfectly forgettable, but it gave me several laughs, and the start up was decently suspenseful. I like a pretty broad range of movies, so it might not appeal to everyone.

I watched this movie a while back and thought it was OK. I certainly wouldn't have been mad if I had paid to see it but not sure if it will be one I add to the DVD collection. I really liked the original and to a point the second one.

I thought it was decent. Started off really well then kind of fell off a cliff at the end.
I thought it was worth a rental.

Indeed the start of the movie was good but at the end the movie was not that interesting. I hope now from some of the 2012 movies. I am looking forward for the some of the promising movies this year.
