Local law is not allowed on the reservation. They will get arrested by reservation police for trespassing.

Mentally. She hasn't shown Jax the letters yet, and doesn't seem to have any desire to do so. Jax has told her that he wants out, yet she announces that they are engaged.

It's just a theory at this point, but it seems as if she's getting sucked into the life and is not ready to leave it just yet.

I don't think so, because prior to the engagement she was telling him she doesn't want him going back in, and doesn't want that life. She wanted to up and leave right then and there, but he said he doesn't want his wife supporting them. I think there is another reason she is holding the letters back.

Announcing the engagement was simply to get the club's minds off of the destruction at the Clubhouse.
