Basically keeping him in solitary while he does time until he can prove himself innocent? He gave up the info on Tara trying to get Otto to take back his statement for the Rico investigation. Which makes her guilty of conspiracy, etc.

I'm glad Jimmy Smits will be returning. I'm optimistic that Clay dies next season, but resigned to the fact that he'll probably be with the show until (almost) the very end. It will be interesting to see what comes of Tara and her legal problems, as well as seeing Donal Logue back again in a (hopefully) bigger role next year -- main villain, possibly? I didn't realize the season was at a conclusion until they said it during one of the commercial breaks. Sucks that we'll have to wait another 10 months again.

At least we've got Jusitfied starting up in a month though! Anybody else going to be checking out the new shows they are premiering in January? I'll give them a shot, yet don't know anything about either one of them other than one seems to be about commies.

Edit: Looks like The Americans is going to be about some sleeper KGB agents living inside the U.S. Takes place back in the 80s, and is being made by the same person behind Justified. The other one is called "Legit" and is about a comic trying to make it big. Sounds lame. Who knows?

Jim Jeffires is funny as hell - but I don't know how they are going to tone him down enough for tv. Also - not sure if hes a decent actor at all. Should be worth checking out, but I have my doubts even though I love his comedy.

Finally caught up. Wow, Season 5 was pretty great. It's nice to watch a series that you don't see every twist coming a mile away. I don't think Clay will be dead until the SERIES finale. He is too good of a bad guy. Face it, we all love to hate him, and there would be a huge hole in the series if he wasn't on it. Apparently there are only 2 more seasons planned.
