I recently discovered this show on Hulu:
Misfits is a British science fiction comedy-drama television series about a group of young offenders forced to work in a community service programme, where they obtain supernatural powers after a strange electrical storm. The first series started broadcasting on 12 November 2009 on E4, and was produced by Clerkenwell Films. The show aired in Australia in 2010 on ABC2.
It's sort of a Heroes type show, if it were about British miscreants and never turned into the pointless mess that Heroes became. So far it it has been very interesting. Dark humor, plenty of murder and sex, all wrapped around people acquiring very personal powers, most, not so super.
Apparently it is in its third season since it began in 2009. Enjoy:
