One of the bands that plays at my bar on a regular basis has started to get some air play on 97.1 The Eagle. They are currently participating in the Loud and Local battle of the bands. The band's name is redShift and they've got some great talent.

There used to br a band around here called Red Shift waaaaaaay back. Saw them play live at this local music fest with five bands playing 15 minute sets. Not sure if they are the same guys or not. Was about 15 years ago or so. I'll check them out when i get back home though and cast a vote.
