Clearly they are friendly. The weapon they blew up was set up to destroy those guys. My guess is it's another advanced race that may be competing with them for resources or something else. I would take a wild guess and say they are friendly to the humans as long as it suits them. Superb ending to the season.

Great ending, and nice cliff hangar. I'm pumped for Season 3.

Plus I bet that Dr chick who is pregnant is going to have some kind of half alien baby since that guy got probed at the end of last season. You know they gotta work that in somehow too. Good point on the new aliens, I remember they mentioned why was that gun was pointed at the sky since they already had taken out our Air Force.

We watched it every week and it was an improvement over last years season. It's a little predictable sometimes but we enjoyed it overall. It sucks we have to wait till next year to see what that new alien thing is all about, I'm betting he's an enemy though.

This is a well done show, i hope it keeps going. Great cast i think, decent story lines for tv these days. Spoiler kinda: I almost thought for a second it would be a human in the suit....
