The Batman and robin does contain the most fail I can think of as well. Last action hero is pretty high up there too.

I actually watched it a few months ago with my roommates who have some strange, inexplicable penchant for horrible tv shows and movies. I could probably rifle through their movie collection and find some other nominees.

The entire movie is an old man riding a lawn mower. That is the ENTIRE plot. He rides a lawnmower.
