I don't expect a novel or an academy award winner, but a plot with some logic would be nice. And yes, I know it's sci/fi, but I still would like my brain tickled along with my eyes and ears.

The first one was great IMO, exceeded my expectations. The second one sucked, even the CGI. Shit was moving so fast, and many scenes were so dark, you can't even really see what's happening.

And it looks like Bumblebee still can't talk, which pisses me off right from the start.

Then this isn't for you. Transformers (comics, cartoons, movies) Have never really been about the story, as much as they've been about big ass robots turning into cool shit and fighting. Would we all love for a brain tickling? Sure. Go in NOT expecting a brain tickling, and just a fireworks show. With that expectation, how can you come out not liking what you were expecting?

Are you kidding? I'm glad they made that reincarnation of the yellow vagina a mute in this. I can only imagine how gay/metro he'd of been if they'd have tried to keep him like the comics/cartoon. Unless they went with Gold Bug.

ive had the same opinion of the first two as you seem to have. but this seems like its just a bit to much "War of the Worlds" for me. that said... i'll still watch it somewhere along the line.

It eventually came to something like that in the comics if i remember correctly.

I'd rather see a movie of cgi anime made to the tune of the War For Cybertron game/comic series.

I think logic is kinda thrown out the door when it comes to synthetic aliens land on Earth because their planet, Cybertron has been destroyed. The first one did have a better story, but the second one kept me entertained with kickass fight scenes. Bumblebee tore it up. As far as scenes being too dark to see, I don't remember one action sequence other than at the very first that even took place at night.
