Need advice on the fastest list format

Currently it is a royal pain in the ass as I'm keeping the data in a spreadsheet, then taking a screenshot of the data, uploading the photobucket, then attaching to my post.

Is there any way to go about this that is easier?

I'm not sure if I can actually use tables as there is a character limitation.
