Help Me......... Help My Mom

My mom got attacked yesterday and I am trying to figure out the correct way to remove this virus/worm. It has handicapped Norton to the point of it being useless.

The program is trying to sell itself on a popup window acting like an antivirus program called "Advanced Registry Optimizer". I can't find a decent site with instructions on how to remove this m/f.
