Trouble downloading new update for iPhone.

Anyone else having trouble downloading the new update for iPhone? I have the iPhone 4 and it's telling me a new update is ready, but when I go to download it gets to the very end and says it has an error with the connection. It says this when I try on my laptop and my desktop. Thought it was kinda weird it gets to the very end and then says connections problem every time.

Green Posi0n for iPhone 4 with 4.2.1 has been pretty reliable for me.
