Plex Live streaming

A few weeks ago Plex launched live streaming, I purchased a TV card and sure enough, I can watch live tv on any mobile device through my plex server.

I however wanted to go a step further. I've been trying to figure out a way to broacast my own stream. Say for instance I wanted to stream something from my desktop through Plex instead of streaming it to twitch or some other platform. Unfortunately I havent figured out a way to do this yet and documentation is sporadic at best.

Has anyone tried to tackle this?
