Man, you guys are pretty serious.

I've had the game since the day it came out, play as often as I feel like I can, and just hit level 50 this week. Only play online in multiplayer (1.22 KDR), usually in Team Deathmatch or Mercenary Mosh Pit. I miss Mercenary Team Deathmatch a lot though. Zombies offline, mostly split screen at the office.

Gimmie a silenced Commando and I'm good to go.

1 less damage but 1 more accuracy then the AK47. IMO the commando has less recoil than the AK47, however if you throw a can on either of them the recoil is pretty low.

I've changed my game play though, I don't have an attachments that don't benefit me in any sort of way.

Yeah it's 38 before you unlock the AK. Does anyone use that gun you get after you purchase all of the assualt rifles?

Once I prestige I think I'll just use the m16 the whole game. Only problem I hate with that is the three round burst fire when someone with an AK comes running up on me just spraying.

The G11(3 round burst also).. it looks weird as shit, but its a better m16

Does anyone know if you can adjust the size of the map for online play? I'd like to make the map the size of my whole screen so when someone is behind me or to the side of me it's easier to tell.

The extra damage from the AK is good for core games, but i like playing Hardcore and the extra damage point is pretty useless. Since hardcore only takes a couple bullets either way, the extra accuracy of the comando is a much bigger advantage. Pretty much depends on what style of game + your style of play, as to which gun is the best.

I mostly use comando with extended mag, or M16 with the ACOG scope. But like I said that's for hardcore TDM, and might note work as well on core games.
