Never hurts to periodically change your password, but in this latest case no actual passwords were compromised. All the hacker got was the session keys inside the cookie data. That's why Amazon hasn't emailed any request for customers to perform a password change, unlike last year. Most likely a MITM attack. Still a breach, but not catastrophic.
Hackers are a waste of space. Dealing with them this year has been stellar waste of valuable time. I've spent quite a bit of time this year making security improvements to obviate Locky Ransomware attacks.
