Galaxy S7 Owners

I ended up with a S7, and I was wondering who all has one on here.

What case did you end up putting on yours?

I have one and went with the Otterbox Defender.

Case feels very sturdy which is a huge plus. Also it still works with the Wireless charging. (I have read some do not work with it)

But has a few drawbacks.


I got the free VR headset with mine so removing the case is a hassle when I want to use it. More so then other style cases.

My major complaint though is there is a bar that crosses over the top of the screen that lands just above the notifications bar causing issues when trying to access it. Just have to use more of the tip of you thumb/finger to do it.

My phone has a few problems. The phone reboots when using iheartradio, and the speaker took a dump. Google results show these are common problems. Not happy so far...

I exchanged the phone yesterday, the front facing camera was messed up too. lol

This second S7 has been fine so far. I have been listening to The Ticket on the iheartradio app for a couple of hours this morning.

I have the edge version and my wife the regular one. Mine has the cheapest cover they had at Best Buy and there are no markings at all. Hers is an Otterbox.

You ought to try the Ticket's SportsDayTalk app. It still has issues every now and again, but it's a lot better than it was when it first came out. You can listen live or listen to some of the segments from earlier in the day or week.

Try Tune-In Radio, never had a problem with it.
