TWC connectivity problems to google IPs

I have had a really bad problem with loosing connectivity to a wide range of IPs, mostly Google though. Has anyone else had this problem with there Time Warner internet access?

Try connecting through a VPN and see what happens. I had an issue several years ago with VZ shaping traffic so badly that 480p videos wouldn't stream on 75Mbit FiOS.

Abecx said to try a vpn, I did and the issue magically went away. He then informed me about how they'll do that to competing services.

My firewall full of DNS errors, and the DNS errors are even effecting my Firewalls cloud logging service. SO my logs are incomplete. I do not think this is a traffic shaping issue.
