        Go into Itunes and look at your history, you can use email from there or "discuss" the issue. I had some problems and they took care of them immediately.

          Fuck getting shit from itunes and their 128 kbps quality. CD and burning at 320kbps+ is the only way to go. Sure, you can't fit 2000 songs on your 8 gig nano, but you can fit 1000 songs with great sound quality. Hell, I have one CD at 512kpbs and it's definitely a noticable different from the other normal downloads I have.
