need a bios password for Latitude 2100

Found this mini laptop Dell Latitude 2100 on the donation shelf.

It's setup for Network boot, and the bios has a password, but no password is set for HD nor System.
The popular bios passwords don't work. It doesn't list a restore option from F12.

Looked through web searches and was able to try a few other passwords based off of the service tag, without success, and it doesn't have a jumper for on the MB for password.

Can anyone here generate a bios password from the service tag #

Pulling the battery is not going to remove the password. Ive shorted chips out before to get pass them, and replaced the chip itself.
