Tell them you will remove the negative info once the repair has been completed to your satisfaction. Then, after it's repaired, leave it posted and tell them you aren't satisfied because you had to go through all of this for a basic warranty claim..Comment
I'd leave it up because they're trying to cover up their bullshit. Shit on customers until it blows up in their face, then do something about it to save face.
