Anybody good with Android?

gps and mobile data are two completely different settings. You messed something up playing around with the settings.

It's a bug. I hadn't touched any settings, since my last test. After he suggested mobile settings, I did a Google search and found some kind of how to that points out that the two are tied together, and affect each other. Turn it on and whadaya know, it works. Another page says the bug is fixed in lollipop.
