Yes, v-carve. I would have loved a full size machine like that but I just do not have the space to put one. With all the rest of my "shop" equipment in the garage its a tight fit as it is and I still park my vehicle in there.

I dont have any of that stuff in my garage and still cant park there lol.

Vcarve is amazingly easy for 2.5D stuff. I was very impressed. Only frustrating part is changing dimensions if you are used to high end cad like sworks or proE.

Are you just using the software there at the tech shop or do you have any of this stuff at home?

EDIT: I had to go through some major organization in the garage to get it in a condition where I could actually use the stuff.

I have a high end design softtware at home for complex stuff, but not any cnc machines. I use techshop for that...though im starting to get very tempted to buy a gantry cnc.

I also use vcarve at techshop, as well as cut 3d.

If its trademarked i have to throw the disclaimer out there that it cant be made for the intent of selling and profiting from the logo. I believe this is home personal use correct?
Yea, its going in my personal PC. Should I email you or just PM or put the specs here?

.25 thick(or gauge as they call it), length 22in, height 7 inches (biggest piece)

.25 thick (gauge again), length 10in, height 3 inches (medium piece)

Logos need to be length wise on the plates. Basically they are the same as name plates that you see on office desks I guess.

or, but you get the idea. Also, how deep does the machine cut the logo in?

I actually ordered a 3rd piece just to play with. If I wanted to cut it myself just to experiment on with no logo work, what would be best to use?

Thank you so much for you help!

The machine cuts as deep as i program it for. Itll cut through the spoilboard if i want to be a dumbass about it (there are reasons to cut into the spoilboard but not much over 1/32).

I only use a cnc router on it, and i spin at 15000 rpm with a 2 flute .125 endmill. I think my feed rate is 140ipm but need to verify.

I use the same rpm with a tad slower feed for my .063 bits.

Inline 6 may have better suggestions as i believe hes a bit more experienced in a full machine shop than i am.

Btw, .25" thick isnt 25 gauge. 25 gauge is extremely thin...like .020". With gauge, the lower the number, the thicker the material. Its the same for wire and shotguns.

You are wanting a router right? Build one. I have built 3 gantry routers now. It's not bad work.

You can get good results cutting that stuff with most wood working tools with a fine tooth blade. If you have any 10" saw you need around a 80 tooth count finish trim blade. Also hand held routers with regular wood bits and jig saws work well. I like to use a bench jointer to clean up the edges of plastics like that.
