Awesome. Thanks. I will buy a big sheet about that size and most likely will only use 1/2 or less.

Do you know exactly which I need? There's 18 different ones. I'm guessing the actual King Color core like in your link?

So .25 gauge 24 width and 24 length?

a few centimeters is over an inch.....

Also I love the products at norva but they fucked me so bad twice on orders that weren't cheap and they would not make it right so I refuse to use them. The products and prices were awesome but the people were idiots.

I'm not ragging on him, People get all kinds of crazy when going back and fourth between standard and metric. I do it all day everyday so it has had time to sink in on me. I am sure he meant millimeters.

Easy rules that I like to use is...

Standard to Metric = multiply by 25.4
Metric to Standard = divide by 25.4

Also just a FYI, but I am in the middle of constructing a CNC router that has a working envelope of roughly 27" x 50" x 6" I have everything for it I am just slowly assembling it like I want it. I am doing this for things like this and other projects. I have some really nice software for sign making that would kick ass on a project like that.

                        V carve pro?

I machine my color core on a 4' x 8' shopbot and it's badass. Nice to be able to load an entire sheet of stock at once.

                        Edit:shopbot,v carve and colorcore below

This is something I really want to learn! Looks cool.
The black and white will be perfect. I can use a set of small hidden blacklight LEDs drilled into the case to illuminate it up. I've already ordered 2 24x24 sheets. I'll need 3 pieces from one then the other 24x24 is all yours plus what's left. Thanks.

Yep...also send an image of the logo you want so i can convert it to a vector file.

If its trademarked i have to throw the disclaimer out there that it cant be made for the intent of selling and profiting from the logo. I believe this is home personal use correct?
