I remember the ZIP disks but I'd never heard of a 100 MB 3 1/2" floppy.

Yeah, I can't remember what they were called. The drive could take a typical 3 1/2 as well as the other. Obviously, not the other way around though.

I remember you had three options at one point: Floppy, ZIP, and Super.
