I'm having issues trying to view attached images on the laptop, if I click the image to view it will open but sticks in the loading screen unless I click off of it and click it a second time in which it pops up and opens. I'm not sure where to start. Sure, I can view it after clicking twice but it's starting to piss me off.

Same here, I have no problems with either OS and multiple browsers. What browser/version/OS are you using and as mentioned before, have you tried a different browser? Again, it's a troubleshooting step. Oh, this sorta sounds like a pop up blocker but I haven't seen one act like that before. Do you have problems with pop ups showing?

I was using IE 11 or whatever the newest one is and confirmed it was browser related when the work computers were upgraded with the same browser and had the same issues. I downloaded Firefox and don't have the problem anymore. Jose, I didn't have any pop ups happening with IE.
