          That's my issue, there's some third party programs that will show lock screen previews for hangouts, but all the ones I've tried sucked dick

                            Wasn't a fan of how it handled mms on my s3....it opened picture attachments as a slide show. That's when I switched. Haven't looked back since.

                            Initially switched to go sms pro for years, now I'm using Textra. I just can't seem to make myself like Hangouts. Seems too heavy of an app. It's a little slower than the others on my Note 4.

                                My interaction with the app just feels much more laggy then the other two apps I mentioned. I guess I just describe it as an "overweight" app.
