Have any of y'all played yet? I played for several hours last night and so far so good. If MW3 and BO2 had a baby, it would be COD:AW.

I've played a little bit, I don't like it as much as ghosts, but it is pretty fun and is something different.

I'll never understand why there are so many COD haters here. I know it's all a matter of opinion, but it deserves some respect. Don't get me wrong, Ghosts was VERY disappointing, but BO2 was phenomenal. I'm hoping they learned something from their mistakes and that Advanced Warfare is at least better than Ghosts.

There is that, which is very valid. COD overall jumped the shark though, so I stopped buying them. It seems to me there is no creativity with their designers. They rebranded the same damn game how many times? I also like the larger maps and vehciles of BF3, and lack of pre pubescent jerkoffs.

Bingo. You can spawn any where in COD and lob a grenade in any direction with a 90% chance you will get a kill

I guess to each his own. I've tried out BF4, Ghosts, Titanfall and Destiny over the last couple of years and AW is the only one out of that group I've enjoyed right off the bat. In fact, I might go as far as to say it's my favorite FPS since BO2, but it's a little too early to know.

Yes, COD has a ton of jerkoffs that bitch, moan and make fun of anyone with a sub-1 K/D, but it doesn't bother me. I usually play in parties with friends/clan mates and private chat with them about 50% of the time, unless of course I feel like messing with people using my voice-mod TB headset.

I beg to differ with you on the no talent/zero skill thing...then again...I'm just an average skill level player. I've been a Prestige Master in the last 2 COD games, but my K/D in both of them has been around .80. What can I say...I'm old, have bad eyes, slow, refuse to camp and didn't grow up with a controller with 12+ buttons/thumbsticks to push/use. I don't mean that in a bad way at all...it's just I grew up with Space Invaders and then stopped playing games from about 1995-2007 and didn't start playing seriously until about Halo Reach. My 12 & 14 year old boys play far less than I do and are better than I'll probably ever be.

I have BF4 and agree with you on the large maps and vehicles, but I've just had a hard time getting into it. Having said that, I need to revisit it and see if I like it more than I used to when it came out.

I don't know about that...maybe on some of the really small maps in BO2 or Ghosts, but I don't think that holds true for the maps I've played on AW.

I just saw an internet ad that says it's offered for Xbox 360!!! I thought Ghosts was the last one that was going to be offered, after that I thought we were being forced to buy the Xbox One in order to play the new games. I might get it, so far I just bought the additional maps for Ghosts. I think I still have a couple of map packs to buy.

The biggest issue I have right now with this new COD is that they still use player hosts. Why they haven't started doing dedicated servers is beyond me and really pisses me off. I haven't bought a COD since BO2; just needed a break but this one is alright so far.

Well believe it or not I was kinda on the fence on this one but if it's fir 360 also then yeah. Not players on the xbox one compared to the 360

I couldn't agree with you more. It's absurd to do it that way because it often gives a team an unfair advantage.

I haven't played the campaign yet, but one of my sons has and it looks pretty cool. The multiplayer on the 360 has been pretty good, but totally sucked on the One last night. It was so laggy that I gave up and switched over the 360, which is pretty damn sad.

I played a little bit last night. When I first got on the lag made MP unplayable so I played Campaign for a few hours. I wont spoil anything about it but I will say that I was neither disappointed or blown away by the story.

I went back to MP after a few hours and the lag had subsided so I played a few matches of Domination. These maps seem smaller to me than previous CoD games, but that might be a side effect of the double jump ability. I'm still not sure if I like not having 2 different types of grenades or not, I'll need more play time to decide.
