Little upgrade. Sold off the three 2GB 770s and picked up 2 asus GTX 780TI's for 550 each out the door plus a 30 dolla rebate! They don't overclock like the 770s but they do very nicely and a lot less bullshit.

IDK why frys gets such a bad name. I showed them the new 780TI prices today and they gave me back 250 bucks on the 780 TIs I bought a couple of weeks ago.

For anyone looking for a good cheap ($300-$350) 2560x1440p monitor, I was able to get the Qnix qx2710 to a stable 120 hz with a 24 awg 3 ft cable. 26 awg 6ft and 3ft was only stable at 100hz but could go to 110 in some games.

I ordered it on amazon and it was at my door from korea in 2 days with free shipping. That in itself was amazing.

7 in the State of Texas. I've got a customer/buddy that can't get married in TX anymore. And he uses that all the time, when his current live-in brings up marriage. That said, he's a dummy, so he will probably to to Vegas eventually for this one. I couldn't do it (get married 7+ times), but he apparently doesn't mind. The money only gets you so far as a man in your 60s. The 20 somethings all eventually want kids and a family.

I caught 2 evga gtx 980s with the good coolers randomly and took back the 780 ti cards. I was very skeptical at first but there are great cards.
