Works GREAT for me, LTE is pretty fast in all the areas i go in. So far I like it, however if the Sprint and TMo merge rumor happens I might jump ship.

T-Mobile clearly wants you to become a customer -- the company's "UnCarrier 5.0" move will get you an iPhone 5s to try out for a full seven days. At an event in Seattle today, the carrier introduced Test Drive, a service that will help customers avoid "buying blind," giving you an opportunity to experience LTE at home before you commit to making a purchase. The service launches this Sunday and lets you borrow Apple's latest handset for a week, at which point you'll need to return the device to any T-Mobile store, even if you plan on signing up and purchasing a device.

They are transitioning new customers and new handsets to the TMobile GSM network. They will support existing MetroPCS handsets until they are replaced. I'm riding it out until they boot me from the CDMA network or my phone fails. $30/mo is unbeatable, even if service is sketchy at times.

So, thinking about changing from Verizon ($300/mo) to T-Mobile ($120+normal taxes/fees/mo) for obvious reasons. Are they going to be shit soon? Should I just stay and pay more? Advice, please.

Take advantage of their 7 day test drive. They provide an iPhone 5 and all the service you can use for one week, free to you. If it works where you need it, switch, if not, no love lost.

They aren't doing anything but improving their network so I don't know why they would go to shit. I get excellent coverage in Arlington and have been with TMobile for a little over a year now with no regrets leaving AT&T.

I drove 35 down to San Antonio last week, didn't have any problems, and was streaming Spotify the entire trip.

I've had Tmobile for a little over a month, and it is definitely an upgrade from Metro. I have trouble with 4g signals at my Dad's, and I did lose my signal completely driving to Lafayette, LA a few weeks ago. I am happy with them so far.
