Why do certain websites appear jacked up in Firefox?

Yea, i stopped using FF after they came out with that preloader. That shit is a resource hog. With two tabs open ( one streaming nextflix one browsing) I was using 3.5 gigs of ram, and it would crash about once a day it seemed. Switched to Chrome and have been golden since.

Do you have a script and advert blocker add ons? If so uninstall and reinstall, I suspect you blocked one of the elements thats allowing flash/java/etc to run

Yea, I was thinking that it probably due to Java is blocked or disabled. And that's a good thing.

they just pushed a new patch, still doesnt fix my tabs on top problem

for the most part yea, but unfortunately for me I've found not letting it run causes problem trying to fill out applications for jobs
