I'm able to get by on a 120Gig drive myself, but this is 240Gigs for $20 more than your 120Gig and is perfect for a laptop.

I wonder if it will fit in my old dell D630 laptop to replace the harddrive?

AFAIK, it's in store. Its native form factor is 7mm thick and comes with a 9mm adapter for older laptops, so chances are it'll work in yours.

Adata is just another Chinese economy brand DRAM manufacturer. I have a fairly new HP laptop and the OEM ram is Adata. It actually specs out pretty good when I tested it with passmark software.
