Cheap smart phone place?

Over the weekend my phone go destroyed. Ran over by a big truck. I have att and i saved the simcard. Is there a place that is known for being less expensive on a new phone? I had the Samsugn galaxy s3 and I just need another one

I've heard q2 from one person, q3 from another. Note 4 is also late q3. Specs wise, the one plus one is a little better except for the camera apparently. Same processor, the one has more ram, bigger screen, bigger battery, same resolution on both. S5 is more software aimed with s health, ultra power saving mode, camera modes, heart rate monitor, fingerprint scanner. The one is an AOSP based rom with cyanogenmod tweaks and themes made especially for that phone. Price wise, the one plus one wins easily.

Specs wise on the Galaxy T, or S5 Prime or whatever it's going to be called, I'm not sure. I've heard curved screen, metal frame, better camera, but I really don't know anything official. Samsung is saying the Note 4 will be a different form factor, whatever that means.

Hmm. Ok. Thanks for the info I'm not due for my 2 year upgrade until September but I'm getting tired of this S3.
