if you bought all the songs on iTunes, you can go to the music section in iTunes and go to "purchased" and download them again and it should be free.
music not bought on iTunes you need to transfer to a usb and load it on the mac from there.
Pappa, this actually worked perfectly! All my purchased songs and artwork are on the iTunes on my Mac. I had to pay 24.99 but I didn't mind doing that at all.
I just didn't want to buy a flash drive if it was unnecessary. Spending is never a problem for me....just so long as it's a prudent purchase.
You should be able to copy your iTunes library from the Windows machine and paste it into the appropriate directory on the Mac. Relaunch iTunes. Problem solved. I did this just a few months ago when I migrated all my wife's shit from her Win7 laptop to a MacBook Pro. It did require a USB drive, but I had several of those laying around so it didn't cost me anything, really.
How did re-downloading previously purchased songs cost you $24.99?
Yeah, good call...because you can totally use a 24.99 fee to re-download music you ALREADY FUCKING PAID FOR more than once, unlike a flash drive that after today you would have gotten ZERO use out of afterwards *rolls eyes*
