This doesn't work with Charter any more. I feel guilty anyways, they've quadrupled my speed in the last two years and haven't raised the rate. I pay the same for their service in DFW as I do for TWC in Temple but it's 60/5 for Charter and 15/4 with TWC.

Uverse is supposed to be available in both areas and is a little cheaper but at my DFW house it's only 6/1 since my neighborhood is copper. No idea what they offer in Temple since even though I signed up and installed the equipment they didn't have an ETA as to when it'd be active.

Grande communications is moving in down here though and killing everyone on prices and service. 110/11 with basic cable and DVR for under $80 a month. Not available in Temple yet though. Then again Google Fiber and Gigapower from ATT is available fairly close by.

I pay about $120 for my FiOS 75/35 and whatever their second tier cable package is. I'm about to cancel the TV though, we don't watch it enough to justify the extra cost.
