Have you considered Apache OpenOffice? Its FREE...and based on my general use...it works every bit as good as Microsoft's Office Suite for most tasks...oh..and did I mention its FREE?
What school? Have you asked the technology department? Many schools can include students in the site license for a nominal fee.
Otherwise the student addition is only $89

Yet talking about downloading movies for free is fine. Makes sense. Sort of like how you couldn't talk about drinking on dfwls1 but there was a pot forum.
Does anyone jn your family work for a large corporation? A lot of companies use their license to sell to their employees for cheap. I think it's $10 for the Microsoft office suite att company. Comes with everything. You are limited to 1 or 2 purchases I think

Ummmm.....was that directed at me or was that a general statement? Don't think I've talked about downloading movies ever and I know I'm not on dfwls1.
