So I saw a deal for Parallels for Mac 8 on Newegg for $40 with an instant $20 off and a $20 mail in rebate (so I would basically get it for free). I have one of the first versions of Parallels so I jumped on this deal to upgrade what I had. Got it in the mail yesterday and they mailed me Malwarebytes Pro. Called them up last night, waited on hold for $25 minutes, only to be told that they are out of stock and I can reorder it when it's available and whatever it's going for at that time. I told them what if it's going for more and they basically told me tough shit. I bitched about it and they offered to discount $20 off of it. WTF kinda shit is this?
And they are RMA'ing the software I received. Should I just keep it? It's worth more than the $20 I wound up paying for it.
