I've got a rooted HTC one running 4.3, originally YouTube stuff played, lately it creates the YouTube box, I hit the okay arrow and it gives a rotating circle like it's busy and loading and then goes to the end type screen with more videos to pick. If I choose one if those it repeats the process but no video ever plays. Works fine on all my desktops.
