Surround sound subwoofer stopped working...

This may be a long shot, but does anyone on here know anything about home media subwoofers? I moved recently and it doesn't work now. It's an Infinity TSS-Sub500. I don't even know how to take the thing apart. There are screws around the outside of the back panel, but even after I removed then, the back panel wouldn't budge.

Might also try posting in the media room. Any power or other indicator lights to show its coming on? Any sound or noise come out of it?
