xbox360 or ps3 for GTA SA and gta5?

    xbox360 or ps3 for GTA SA and gta5?

    ive never owned a xbox 360 or a ps3. I used to play halo and other games a lot with my old xbox so im used to the controller a lil bit.
    also it seems I can get a xbox360 for 120 vs 199 for a ps3. what would you buy in my situation to play the GTA series mainly.

    I have a Nintendo wii I use for Netflix already too and super Mario bros WII and Mario kart WII.

    and I already have a sony bluray player as well.

    Whichever one is cheaper. So I would think xbox.

      Buy used. People are trying to liquidate their old consoles to put down a deposit at Gamestop for the next gen. I wouldn't buy new because it will be obsolete in a few months.

        And don't fucking buy the used console from Gamestop. Buy one from ebay or someone on CL. Gamestop will rape you after they're done bare-back-no-lubing some poor sucker who traded it in for pennies on the dollar.

          GTA5 will probably be the lsat game I buy for my 360. I highly suggest you buy a late model used 360, don't get an early one, higher propensity to red ring. Also, make sure they power it up for you if you can.

              I'm going PS3 as I don't have a BlueRay player, and it would be nice to stream Netflix/Hulu/Etc. from it instead of hooking my 20 lb, 18" gaming laptop up to it.

              Several on CL right now for $140 - $200, but in classic Craigslist repertoire, no one can respond to the ad that they put up themselves.

                  I'll get to play GTAV late, I'm not gonna buy it on 360 then turn around and get it on the Xbox One
