VOIP Anyone?

Anyone using VOIP at home? Obviously Vonage is the most recognizable provider, but it looks like there are countless other providers out there.

Anyone have any provider recommendations? Equipment recommendations?

Some good friends and I install IP based phone systems for a living (Cisco). The ones that have something other then cell phones swear by Skype.
