iphone 4 jailbreak (untethered)

tried to jailbreak with newsnow, didnt work. anyone tried the new untethered for 4.2.1? phone was stuck on screen kept repeating "please wait" for a long time.
any one have good links for the downloads?

All I have is the Limera1n. I don't really know what tethered or whatever means for a phone, but I know that when I won the phone (iphone4) in a bet and didn't have the simcard for it, it let me open it up and do whatever I want with it.

tethered means you can use it to get a computer on the internet using any of the several different connection options that APPLE and AT@T refuse to allow (USB, Bluetooth, or wifi). I tether my laptop using Mywi with my Iphone regularly (Mywi turns the wi-fi in your Iphone into a Wifi access point just like what you'd find at a bookstore or Starbucks and uses the 3G network to give internet access to whatever you have connected to the phone...laptop, desktop PC, even a PS3). Its not quite as fast as a DSL or cable internet connection...but its years faster than dialup.

i'm still running the tethered redsnow jailbreak, and it's fine with me for now...just don't restart your phone, and you're in good shape. it sounds like they're not going to release an untethered jailbreak until apple releases 4.3...
