I get so many advertisements it's ridiculous, it will open up a window in my browser that says adtracking, then my play store will open up to Candy Crush.

A few times a day a little window will open up that says Cindy wants to chat and you can click yes or no, the same thing will pop up but says you can make $26 an hour yes or no.

My phone will pocket dial people to no end and text a bunch of jibberish, so I had to put a pass code on it to stop doing that.

The thing the really pisses me off though is the advertisements, I have two different ad blockers and it still doesn't help. I never had any of those issues with my iPhone.

Oh and another thing is whenever I talk to anyone they can hear any echo, I have no idea why but I guess it's something to do with my phone.

Sounds like user error. There's obviously some third party app you downloaded that is sending you ad alerts. The echo thing is probably the noise cancellation doing something funky. You ever think maybe those 3rd party ad blockers were actually adware? Android phones are like a PC, you need a decent anti-virus or anti-malware program. I suggest bitdefender, it's worked perfectly for me so far in blocking ads and malware, and it's free.

I just downloaded it so we'll see. I have no idea if it's user error or this phone is a huge pile of crap. I can't wait to go back to Apple.

I have held both of them and as I was researching both phones, for the longest time was certain I was going to get a GS4, I keep seeing the excellent reviews coming out for the X and the more I watched the more it grew on me. The only thing that I needed to make the switch to the X was the feel, so they day they came out I went to AT&T and held one and was sold on the X. I think you will see what I am talking about. On that note here is a pretty good review of both phones.

The only downside I've found to the Moto X is there is no SD card port.

yeah but phones are slowly moving away from those with all the cloud storage now days. Hell as a Moto X owner you get 50GB free (for 2 years) from Google for Google Drive on top of the 15 or 20 GB you already get.

Agreed. That is one of many reasons no one cared about the HP Slate 7 and it's micro SD slot. The Nexus 7 was a little more expensive but it had more/better features and quality. Who needs an SD slot when you've got the cloud. Just don't keep anything there you don't want anyone else seeing..

Meanwhile, Apple's stock is down over $27 at this point. That is a grand total of $38-39 since the phone was introduced. The HP folks in Palo Alto have asked Google to keep the laughing to a small roar so they can make a printer.

Gotta give it up to Google/Motorola. Made in the USA.

Texas plant making the Moto X.

I liked the S4 a bit better and after using it a few days I like it a lot. Definitely a huge step up from my HTC Hero.

Why do my updated apps stay showing in the App Store update screen? They use to disappear after update, but they seem to be sticking around.
