You can if you want, but I get paid the same amount for every phone I sell, it's not like I want to take the time to exchange the phone for a customer when I shouldn't have to in the first place.
I was just stirring the pot, I know alot of people with iphones and never had any issues like this. I did have one issue where the noise cancellation mic got crud in it so it was messing with the mic, cleaned out the noise cancellation hole and it was fixed. But you have a much better idea than I do since you deal with em all day.

Most of the issues have been mic or speaker related, but I've exchanged a lot for freezing and getting stuck in a boot loop also. I've had a few returned or exchanged because they wouldn't connect to Wi-Fi no matter what we tried.
I thought about getting one to mess with when they first came out, my manager got one in April and had lots of issues with it and swapped it out for an s4 last week, so after seeing all those issues I changed my mind about getting one.
What are these people doing to their phones? I haven't had a single issue with mine, and I'm not exactly easy on them. Granted, it's anecdotal evidence but holy fuck.

X234, I had a GS4 for 1 day, sent that bitch packing ASAP.
iPhone 4 life brah!!!
I couldn't stand the usability of it, I figured the bigger screen would improve on my productivity but it didn't. The way all of the web browsers I used rendered font's pissed me off, I thought for sure I could surf the web better but it required my intervention to make text readable vs my iphone rendering the font's "just right". The phone functionality was better on my iphone, sound, volume, etc. The basic shit I need a phone for didn't do it for me, it was "cool" as a toy but that was it for me, it was also glitchy, had several app crashes within a few hours of owning it.

I'm still pissed at how terrible music sounds coming out of my Droid RAZR MAXX compared to how it sounded coming out of my iPhone 4. I have an iPod touch 5th gen now though that solves that issue.
I'll never buy another Motorola phone. Ever. Every one I've had in the last ten years has been a giant piece of shit.
Yep fuck motorola....
I bought their hype on the atrix, that it was going to be updated for 18+ months. Nope... they told us customers, "Sorry, we lied...give us your atrix and we will give you $100 towards the purchase of a new Motorola phone!"
