GT6 Announced

Christmas 2013. Take that for what it is though. You know it'll probably wind up being Thanksgiving 2018. I would venture to say that this is probably GT's last chance before someone else comes in to try and unseat them. Would Sony allow Forza to venture over to the PS format if GT6 is as huge of a disappointment as 5 was?

Besides GT5 being released WAY later than originally announced, it wasn't really a disappointment, at least not game-play wise. Now, overall user experience I'd probably give it a C-

I've owned ask the forzas and gt 2,3,4 and liked them equally. Didn't play 5 though.

Forza horizon was shitty though. Took it back after a week and a half.

I think GT/Sony missed the boat with turning GT series into an online, constantly evolving style of racing game, that is basically broadband/career driven. That way the game can just grow into the next hardware model offering. They have mismanaged this game nearly into the ground turning it from a flagship game to an afterthought.

This! What a huge let down over GT4.

What pissed me off the most was the stock v8 vehicles like the c6 vette and svt lightning sound pretty good, but as soon as you add an exhaust it sounds like crap! I probably rent it from redbox at most.
