Not sure which section to put this is in and I know it is a shot in the dark
Does anyone on here have a Sonos system installed? If so, have you had any any recent problems accessing Pandora from Sonos?
I was at a customer's home today and their complaint was that the Sonos wasn't playing Pandora - they were blaming their internet connection. I checked the connection and there was nothing wrong - all browsing normally, no loss, etc... I could access Pandora's site via browser or app on my phone - both played flawlessly. When using the Sonos system it would not play Pandora, but could access some internet radio sites and played them fine.
Unknown to me, at the same time, my boss is at a different site and is having the same issue. That system would play internet radio, rhapsody, XM, etc just fine. Just not Pandora.
The system I was working on is running on satellite for internet. The other is running on cable. So ISP shouldn't be an issue.
