Who is it that works for Dell? AppAssure question

For some reason, I'm thinking of CJ or Silverback or maybe I'm wrong on both names. Either way, I'm trying to find tech sheets about AppAssure that would normally be for internal use. I can't really find much online regarding best practices with SAN storage and VMware.

Or if anyone else is using AppAssure, I'd like to bounce a few questions off of you.

Silverback works for Dell, IIRC.

If you want to PM me the questions I can see if my engineers can/will give any input. No promises, though. We've done all of 2 implementations of AppAssure.
