Not the first time I've heard of group messaging issues on Android. My girlfriend's SII never worked right for group messaging, regardless of what fucking with it I did.

My horrible ass windows phone has never struggled with group messaging, or anything for that matter.

That's a setting that can be toggled. I'd find it odd that every recipient is having issues with it and for that to still be an iOS issue.

About my only gripe with android is the group messaging and the slide show BS. I don't understand why Android can't get with the program.

how do i do that? I have a gmail account and cant figure it out. When I enter contact manager, the import contacts button asks for:

We support importing CSV files from Outlook, Outlook Express, Yahoo! Mail, Hotmail, Eudora and some other apps. We also support importing vCard from apps like Apple Address Book.Learn more

Please select a CSV or vCard file to upload:

cant import any of my contacts... wont let me select them all and try to open. Nor does it work for a single.

                      C:\Users\Tanner\Contacts

Is where my contacts are stored. If that helps make any sense.

Although I haven't tried it yet, it looks like GOSMS will do group messaging now? Need to test it out with my wife tonight.

Just a heads up on the "GO" apps, a year or so ago, they were caught putting in a phone home deal, but never stated why it in the Permissions Declaration nor did they own up when inquired. Whether it was malicious or innocuous is unknown, just the fact they ignored it was enough for me to steer clear of their stuff.

It takes some tweaking in MMS setting and SMS settings.
You actually receive all SMS and MMS from the individual in a party to party thread. It downloads, then the app moves it to the group thread that party used to respond. Activates message alert twice for every one text received. It won't always download the message and won't always let you submit large file size. I have to screen cap images and submit MMS that way.

Its annoying to use but it does work for group shenanigans.
