Poll on everyone's favorite smartphone

Just curious what everyone likes. I'm going away from my 4S and curious on others. Will be trading mine on CL.

In my older age, I find myself not browsing for new apps or games and only using my phone for Internet viewing, calling, texting, and emailing. Oh, and pandora/MP3 listening when at work. The 4s is slow in both the Internet/wifi and processor speed categories. Hence why I want to upgrade.

The two big ones to look for are the HTC One that was just announced and the new Galaxy S4 is being announced March 14th.

I personally have had terrible luck with Samsung Galaxy phones. The Iphones work well but they don't compare to Android IMO. Just stick with an HTC phone and don't look back.

Well I have two people interested in trades. One has a white lumia 920 and the other has a htc 8x. Both blow the iPhone outa the water with speed, LTE, and screen size. And they both boast a bigger battery. Which of those two are the better?

Realized both are windows phones. Which doesn't bother me. Is this a bad thing?

If you're not wanting latest and greatest, get a Galaxy Note 2,especially if you're inclined to tinkering. HTC locks their stuff down lime Fort Knox requiring major hacking to be able to mod them, not to mention part of that process entails registration with them and using their bootloader unlock tool which kinda lets them know you're modding it.

s3, i have an iphone 5 now as well and the s3 is just the superior phone.

I recently got a Galaxy SIII and I love it. I had to root my HTC Inspire to get my home screen to look a certain way, and I was able to replicate my SIII home screen without. Every app opens up quickly with barely any wait time. Battery life so far is excellent, too.

I think everyone on this site can agree to stay away from Windows Phones. Android or iOS is the way to go

No, not in the least. Especially if you're not in to tinkering with your shit constantly they're the best phones out of the box. Going to get a lot of pushback from the android pushers on here, but they're wrong.

I'm not a modder. I won't e modding/rooting/jail breaking my phone(s). I'm just sick and tired of apple! Lol. No offense to anyone who does do the above, I just don't care to do it. As long as it works, is fast, super fast Internet, idc what it is.
